Voted. That the Treasurer with the

be authorized to sell any of the stocks

Trustees of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of
Mount Auburn met at the house of Dr.
Bigelow on friday April 19^th 1844 at 3
oclock P.M.

Curtis Parker & Read.

Chapel

The Trustees examined the plans & models
for a chapel at Mount Auburn which
had been presented.

Voted Unanimously . that a model offered
by Dr. Bigelow to the Trustees this day
