books with "The Story Fund," crediting that account from
time to time with all sums receivable from the income
of the money bequeathed by Mr Justice Story to the Cor-
poration in trust and invested pursuant to the regu-
lations passed by the Trustees on the . and charging that account with the amounts
reported by the Superintendent as expenses of the care of
the lot &c. pursuant to the vote next following; and that
any surplus of such income be added to the principal
and kept invested.

Joseph Story's lot. No. 313.

Voted. That the Superintendent be directed to keep
the lot (No. 313) which belonged to the late Mr Justice Story
in good condition and repair, and to keep the said mon-
ument and the iron fence about the same in good con-
dition and repair, and to keep the said lot suitably turfed
with suitable shrubs and flowers and trees in and about
the same, until the further order of the board, and that
he report the expense thereof annually to the Treasurer

Voted. That the Secretary communicate to the Ex-
ecutors of the late Mr Justice Story, a copy of the above
report and votes and a copy of the regulation re-
fered to therin.
