ly elected by ballot

Voted That this meeting be now dissolved.

The Treasurer reports the following abstract of Receipts
& Payments for the year ending


He has received for sales of lots 14.835.57
For dividends on stocks & interest from various parties ___
including premium on 2 shares Stark Mills sold. 2.415.01
Donations from sundry persons to aid in the ___
erection of Fence. Chapel &c. 6.605.--
For 2 shares stock in Stark Mills sold. 2000--
" [For] deeds &c credited to expenses. 380.25
" [For] Loan to Portsmouth Saco & Portland Rail Road paid 757.90
" [For] Interments in the Public Lot 140.
" [For] Endowment for monument &c to Dr Kirkland 72.
There remained in the Treasury on 1st January last 1115.90 $28.321.63
