tlement were accordingly declared elected Trustees
for the ensuing year. After some general dis-
cussion of the interests and future welfare of the
Corporation the meeting then dissolved.

The Treasurer reports the following abstract of Receipts &
Payments for the year ending .


He has received for Sales of Lots 14.333.63
From the subscribers to the Statue ___
of the late Joseph Story 2.630.00
For Deeds &c credited to Expenses 385.09
" [For] Dividends on Stocks & interest 2099.65
" [For] Balance of Superintendants a/c for ___
1845 & other items recd for him 466.33
" [For] Interments in the Public Lot 230.00
There remained in the Treasury on 1st Jany last 777.67 20.922.37
He has paid as follows to wit,

To sundry persons for expenses of which ___
over $900 was for the Chapel 11.931.73
For 15 Shares Atlas Bank for Story ___
