Lot. 313.

Mrs Story, widow and residuary legatee of the late
Judge Story, having made application that George T. Curtis
Esqr
, son in law of the deceased be authorized to repre-
sent and receive the ticket for said Story's lot. Ordered
that a ticket on the lot of the late Judge Story be issued
to George T. Curtis Esqr and that he be designated as
the person to represent the same.

New Receiving Tomb.

A communication was read (from Mr Howe the
Superintendent) on the subject of providing a new re-
ceiving tomb or tombs
and the delays in removing
bodies deposited therein, also in relation to the name
and the fencing of the new public lot, and upon
the subject of fees, ___ . thereupon

New Receiving Tomb

Ordered. That the Superintendent construct a new
Receiving tomb or tombs under the direction of Messrs
J.C. Gray & B.A. Gould.

How long bodies may remain in Receiving Tombs

Ordered. That all deposits made in the receiv-
ing tombs
between the first day of April and the
fifteenth ^first day of October shall be removed within
two months and that all deposits made between
the fifteenth ^first day of October and the first day of
April be removed within four months and bonds
taken accordingly.

Hedge to be planted on public lot.

Ordered. That the Committee on the construction
of the new receiving tombs be authorized to cause
a hedge to be planted about the new public lot.

The subject of a name for the new public
lot
was deferred for farther consideration.

Fees for Interments.

Ordered. That the subject of charges for in-
