Pursuant to notices issued in the usual manner The
Trustees met at the office of C.P. Curtis on this . Present Messrs Bigelow, B.R. Curtis
C.P. Curtis, J.J. Dixwell, B.A. Gould Isaac Parker and
James Read.

The Treasurer, who was present stated that funds were
required, for the payments for the iron fence on the
Easterly side of the Cemetery. Therupon-

Iron Fence

Voted. That the Committee on Finance be authorized
to sell such stocks now held by this Corporation as
may be necessary to meet the existing claims on the
Corporation to an amount not exceeding $10,000.

Deeds not to be given to any person as Executor. not to two grantees.

The Secretary read a letter from William Brig-
ham
, Executor of A.W. Fuller, in relation requesting a
deed of the lot in which the testator has been buried to
himself and the other Executor of said Fuller jointly
After some discussion it was unanimously

Voted. That the Secretary be instructed to in-
form the Executors of the late A.W. Fuller that it is in-
consistent with the provisions of the charter of this
Corporation to grant their request.

Lot. 943.

Voted That in accordance with the application
of T.A. Watson & sisters, heirs of the late Thomas Wat-
son
, Proprietor of lot no 943. in the Cemetery the said
T.A. Watson be designated for the time being to repre-
