Pursuant to notices issued in the usual manner -, a
meeting of the Trustees was holden on Present Messrs Bigelow, Crockett,
Parker & Read. No quorum _ Adjourned to
meet at the Secretary's office at .

No quorum attended at the place and hour of
adjournment - and the meeting dissolved.

Proprietors 1852.

Mount Auburn Cemetery.

The annual meeting of the Proprietors of the Cemetery
of Mount Auburn will be held at the office of the sub-
scriber in Boston, at no 46 Washington Street on to
choose Trustees for the ensuing year, to hear the re-
port of the Treasurer; and to act on any other business
which may legally come before the said meeting.

Pursuant to the foregoing notice which was published in
the Boston Daily Advertiser, a newspaper printed in the
City of Boston, more than seven days in succession
before the said time of meeting, the proprietors of the
Cemetery of Mount Auburn met at the time and
place therein designated. A quorum having assembled
the President Dr Bigelow took the chair.
