Boston 3^rd Feby 1. 1855. This certifies that I have examined
the accounts of the Treasurer of Mount Auburn Ceme-
tery for the year ending Dec 31, 1854 and find them cor-
rectly cast and accurately marked. The certificates of stocks
,^ ^{and scrip} belonging to the Corporation and held in trust as ap-
pears by the Treasurers Books were also exhibited to me
