New deeds to sundry persons
Voted that new deeds may issue to Messrs Wm
and Samuel Phipps of their lots upon Central & Lawn
Avenues upon their transferring the deeds of their former
lots in front of the Chapel to the Corporation : ~
Also that a new deed may issue to some one
for the heirs of Jabez Ellis of their lot upon Asphodel
path, upon the Corporation's receiving the transfer of the
former lot in front of the Chapel. _
Represente of Lots designated.
Upon the written petition of the parties severally
interested, the following persons were designated as
representatives of the Lots hereafter respectively men-
tioned in connection with their names: _

Horation H. Hunnewell of Boston, son-in-law of
the late John Wells, to represent his lot numbered 789:_
Cordelia R. Kendall of Boston, widow of the late George
A Kendall to represent his lot numbered 1225: _
Charles G. Kendall of Boston, eldest son of ^the late Abel
Kendall Jr. to represent his lot numbered 193: ~
Richard B. Everett of Boston, only son of the late Charles
Everett to represent his lot numbered 1977: _
