Amendt to Bye Laws _

The following proposed at the last meeting as
an addition to the Bye Laws first came up for con-
sideration: viz.

Order must receive five Trustees' Votes _

"No order of the Board, except to adjourn
shall be valid, unless it has received the votes of at
least five Trustees. " _

instead of "five" before the word "Trustees." _

And the motion was not carried.

mitted at the last meeting next came up. viz: _

Special Meetings of Trustees how ^to be called _

"The President shall call a special meeting
of the Board, whenever requested in writing so
to do by five Trustees." _

The question was put, & the same was adopted unan-
imously. ~

was referred a new draft proposed ^by Mr Curtis, as a substitute for the
16th Article of the By-Laws, upon "Lots and Spaces" _ reported
still another draft, which varied somewhat from that originally
adopted; _ and after some discussion it was

Voted that the whole subject be recommitted
to the same Committee, and that Mr Curtis be
added, and that the Committee be requested
