Division of authorized

for the division of said lot into two of 300 square feet
each & conveyance of the same, one to the said Amos
A Lawrence
& the other to the said Wm. R. Lawrence. _

Voted that the foregoing request be granted upon the
usual terms - reconveyance of said lot to the Corporation,
& new deeds to issue to the persons designated, with
the charge only of the usual fees for making deeds. __ .

Lot 730 _ recording Transfer

The Secretary asked instructions as to recording a
transfer of Lot 730, by Thomas B. Pope the Admr. with
the will annexed of Nathl. P. Russell, made in the usual
form, without any certificate of power, to Samuel H.
Russell
.

Voted, _ that the Secretary be instructed to record the
same, if he sees fit. _

A special meeting of the Trustees was held at the
Office of the Secretary on -

There were present Messrs Bigelow, Crockett,
Curtis, Gould, Little and Tisdale.

tendered to Trustees

Mr Curtis, the Committee appointed at the
meeting of the Trustees on the , in
reference to the disposition that should be made of the
statue of Judge Story when the same should arrive
in Boston, submitted a letter from Edward H.
Eldredge
informing him "that the Statue of Mr Justice
Story
by his son is in Boston, & that he is ready
