Trustees _ .

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held at the usual place on ~

There were present, the President & Messrs Crockett,
Kuhn, Little & Tisdale. _

The record of the two last meetings was read & approved.

Petitn for Conservatory _
Referred to next board of Trustees. _

A petition was presented & read, signed by Theophilus
Parsons
& 49 other proprietors that the Trustees will
caused to be erected in Mount Auburn a conservatory
for the preservation of plants &c during the cold season. _

Voted that the same be referred to the next board
of Trustees. _

House for Supt _

A Communication was received from Mr Bangs, - he
being detained at home by ill health _ suggesting to the
consideration of the Trustees the propriety of building
a house for the Superintendent.

Salary of Superintendent's Clerk _

Also, of discontinuing the extra salary paid to the
Superintendent's Clerk: -

Supts Salary

Also - what salary shall then be paid to the
Superintendent.

Referred to next board of Trustees -

After discussion of the same it was
Voted to refer the matter contained in the
foregoing communication to the next board of Trustees.

H.M. Parker's Bill _

Mr Little of the Committee chosen in May last
to settle with Mr H. M. Parker, reported that mr
Parker would deduct from his bill $25, & recom-
mended that his account be allowed with that
deduction.

Voted to accept the report, & to authorize
