Trustees Report _

The President also read the Annual report of
the Trustees, which was accepted. ~

Upon Motion of Dr Bates,

Printing of Reports

Voted that said reports be
printed for distribution among the Proprietors. _

The President announced as the next business in
order, to choose twelve Trustees (unless the meeting should
determine upon a less number,) for the ensuing year: _

Choice of Trustees _

And upon motion of Mr T. J. Lee,,

Mode of Voting _

Voted, that a Committee of three be appointed
by the Chair to receive, assort and count the votes;
that the name of each proprietor be checked as his
vote is deposited; that proprietors present in person
vote before those present by proxy; and that where
two or more proxies are presented from the same party,
regard be paid to the one bearing the latest date. _

Comee to receive &c Votes _


The Chair appointed Messrs Wm Brigham
___ John P. Thorndike
___ & Charles Hale.

As such committee. _

Mr Thorndike declining to serve, Mr Geo. C. Richardson
was appointed in his place. _

Upon motion of Mr Curtis,
Voted that the Secretary be added to the Committee,
