Trustees Adjo Meeting _ .

A meeting of the Trustees was held
according to adjournment on Monday
. ~

There were present
the President Messrs Cheever, Crocker, Curtis,
Gould, Nazro and Tisdale _ seven. ~

The reading of the records was dispursed
with.

Lots and Spaces - Rept of Comee not adopted.

The President for the Committee to consider what amend-
ment, alteration or addition ought to be made to Art.
16 of the By Laws, entitled "Lots and Spaces", submitted a
draft containing additions and alterations of the Article
as originally adopted, unanimously agreed to by the committee.

Moved by Mr. Tisdale to strike out the word
"side" in the fourth line of the report, so as to preserve the same
space in the rear of the lots that is to be preserved upon the sides.

The motion was lost.

It was then moved by Mr Cheever that the report
be accepted.

This motion was also lost, not receiving
the requisite number - five, so that the article remained
as originally adopted. _

The President then submitted the following form
prepared by Mr. Curtis for conveyance of spaces between
lots, the same being proposed as a substitute
