Proprietors Annual Meeting _ .

"Mount Auburn Cemetery

The annual meeting of the Proprietors of
the Cemetery of Mount Auburn will be held at
the Meionaon (Tremont Temple), on , to
hear the reports of the Trustees, Treasurer and
Superintendent; to choose Trustees for the ensuing
year; and to act on any other business that may
legally come before the meeting.

Boston Austin J. Coolidge, Secretary."

Pursuant to the foregoing notice which was
published more than seven days before the time of
meeting in the Boston Daily Advertiser and several
other newspapers in Boston, the Proprietors met
at the time and place therein named. _

A quorum being in attendance, the President,
Dr Jacob Bigelow took the chair.

Reading of Records

The Secretary read the ^printed notification of the meeting;
also the record of the last annual meeting,
and the adjournment thereof.

Trustees Annual Report

The President read the Annual Report of the Trustees,
and the same, upon motion of Dr Geo. Bates,
was accepted, and ordered to be printed for dis-
tribution among the Proprietors.

Treasurer's Annl Rept

The Treasurer read his annual report, also
that of the Superintendent. ~
