This certifies that we have examined the books and accounts
of the Treasurer of the Proprietors of Mount Auburn, for the year
ending , and have found them correctly kept
and properly balanced, with satisfactory vouchers for all pay-
ments charged.

The Certificates of Stocks and other evidences of property
were found in accordance with the statements in his accounts.

a In the Fund for Repairs there appears to be in his hand,
thirty nine hundred and eighteen dollars and 62/100; and the General
Accounts of the Corporation are indebted to him in the sum of
