Chapel Avenue, for ornamental purposes, _
provided the executors of Col. Wade will
consent to allow the same to be laid out
at the distance of ten feet from the present
line of the Fisher lot _ for the sum of
nine hundred dollars.

The motion being put, was unanimously adopted.

Report of the Comee on Amendts to By-laws _ Art. 3d

The President in behalf of the committee
appointed at the meeting in September to
consider and report what amendments,
if any, are necessary to be incorporated
into the By-laws, submitted their report _

That the following alterations and
additions be made in the By-laws

Article 3. after the words "a Gatekeeper
___ " insert the words "and a gardener"
and after the last paragraph in Art
3. insert the following. "and neither the
superintendent, gate keeper nor any
other paid servant of the corporation,
shall have any interest whatever in
any work or materials furnished for
the cemetery"

New Art. on Gardener.

After article 9. _ Insert new article
styled "gardener" _ and renumber all
following articles.

The gardener under the direction
of the superintendent shall take charge

Lot 2766 on eastside of Laburnum Path, just south of the mausoleum looks a lot smaller than 26'x26' and it certainly doesn't reach Chapel Ave. John Wade is the only resident of that lot. I'm guessing that the lot was later sub-divided into 2766, 6710 and 6711.

The Fisher Lot is nowhere near the Wade lot as currently exists, so there was either some renumbering or Fisher swapped his lot for another location.
