Mount Auburn Cemetery.

Proprietors' Annual Meeting _ Feb.y 3. 1862 _

The Annual Meeting of the Proprietors of the
Cemetery of Mount Auburn, will be held in
Boston, at Mercantile Hall, 16 Summer Street,
on Monday ^^Feby 3^d, at 3½ o'clock P. M. to hear the reports
of the Trustees, and Treasurer, and to choose Trus-
tees for the ensuing year. _

In accordance with the foregoing notification which
was published seven days before the time of meeting
in several Boston newspapers, the Proprietors met
at the time and place therein named. _

A quorum being in attendance, the President,
Dr. Jacob Bigelow took the chair. _

The Secretary read the records of the last annual
meeting.

The Treasurer read his Annual Report and that
of the Superintendent, also in print. _

Upon motion by Jeffrey Richardson Esq. the
reports were severally accepted. _

Voted that a Committee of three persons be
appointed to receive, sort and count the votes for
