The acceptance of the report was moved,
but the motion was lost.

Forest Pond. Resolve to stone around and improve same, conditional upon sales of spaces, &c.

The President asked the opinion of the Trustees in
reference to stoning around Forest Pond, stating
that it had also been questioned whether it might not
be expedient to fill up the same.

After remarks by several gentlemen, it was
Moved by Mr Andrews, that the Corporation will
proceed to stone around Forest Pond provided that
one half the expense thereof shall be paid by the abutters
in conformity with the vote passed thereon, ,
respecting the sale of intervening space, or in such other
manner as may be satisfactory to the Committee upon
Grounds.. The motion was adopted.

Trees _

Upon motion by Mr Gould, it was
Voted that the Committee upon Grounds be
authorized to procure trees and shrubs to an
amount not exceeding five hundred ($500) dollars,
during the present year.

Lots 1335, 1336, 1337, Petitn to change numbers _ Refd to Comm on Lots _

A communication from Franklin Darracott re-
questing that the numbers upon his and the two adjoining
lots might be changed upon the plan so that the same may
conform to the actual ownership, was presented by
the Treasurer – and the same

Upon motion by Mr Nazro, was referred
to the Committee upon Lots, with full power.
