Trustees .

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held at the usual place, on _

There were present the President, Messrs Andrews,
Cheever, Crocker, Nazro, Sleeper and Tobey.

The record of the last meeting was read and approved.

Resignation of Mr Curtis as member of Comee on Lots not accepted _

The resignation of Mr Curtis as a member of
the Committee upon lots came up.

Upon motion by Mr Cheever,

5 votes - for it Bigelow, Andrews, Cheever, Sleeper & Tobey _ no neg.

Voted that this Board do not accept the
resignation of Mr Curtis as a member of said Com-
mittee.

Amendments to By-Laws _

Upon motion by Mr Sleeper,

Voted that the President and Messrs Nazro and
Crocker be a Committee to consider and report what
amendments, if any, are necessary to be incorporated
into the By-laws.

Foundations for Monuments, &c.

A communication was received from Mr Mann,
the Superintendent, respecting the foundation of monuments
and other structures.

Upon motion by Mr Andrews,

Voted to refer the communication to the same Comee.

Fast-driving in the Cemetery _

It was also, upon motion by Mr Andrews,

Voted that the subject of fast driving in returning
from funerals in the Cemetery, be referred to the same
Committee.
