Trustees - . Adjourned Meeting _

An adjourned meeting of the Trustees called in
conformity with the order of the Board at the
last meeting, by the Committeee upon Lots, was
held at the usual place, on

There were present, the President, Messrs
Andrews, Cheever, Crocker, Curtis and
Nazro.

The record of the last meeting was read and
approved.

Protection of the Public Grounds of the Cemetery against Sale _

Mr Andrews proposed the adoption of an order,
which he read, the object of which was forever
to protect from sale certain portions of the Cemetery
which are now held as public ornamental
grounds.

Upon motion by Mr Curtis, Voted that
the subject be referred to the Committee on Amend-
ments of the By-laws - viz. the President and Messrs
Nazro and Crocker.

Location of lot of the late John Wade.

The question for which this meeting was ad-
journed, viz. the location of the lot of the late John
Wade
- came up.

Mr Curtis, Chairman of the Committee upon
Lots made a statement of the doings of that Committee
in reference to the matter, and read the Superintendent's
statement of the same.

Mr Crocker, another member of that Committee,
