Trustees _ .

The regular meeting of the Trustees, the same
being an adjourned meeting, was held at the
usual place on

There were present the President,
and Messrs Austin, Cheever, Crocker, Curtis,
Nazro, Rand, Read & Tobey. _

The Record of the last meeting was read

Report of Commee on Reservoirs & Fountains.

The President for the Committee on the
introduction of fountains submitted a
report of which the following is a copy.

Boston .

The Committee on the subject of Fountains
in Mount Auburn beg leave to report.

That in pursuance of the instructions
of the Trustees they have employed two
competent engineers to visit and survey
the premises separately and to furnish
estimates of the cost of the proposed works.

Mr William Parker estimates the
expense of the whole work, including the
well, engine house steam engine, and
pump, pipes, brick reservoir at the summit
and all necessary appendages, together with
one fountain on Auburn Lake at $5275. ~

If additional fountains are made in
Forest pond, and the Lawn, the total
expense without superintendence will be
$6,976. ~ Mr James Slade estimated the
