The record of the July meeting was
read and approved.

The Secretary presented petitions for the
designation of persons to represent lots as
follows; and they were severally appointed.

Representative of Lot 52

Henry Y. Cranston, of Newport R.I. guardian
of the only child ^of Richard C. Derby, late
proprietor of lot numbered 52, to represent that lot.

Lot 289

Charles Lowell Thayer of Roxbury, son of
Susan T. Thayer, late proprietor of lot num-
bered 289
, to represent that lot.

Lot 293

Mr. J. Mandell of Roxbury, one of the
next of kin of Mary S. Utley, late propri
etor of lot numbered 293, to represent that lot.

Abraham Howard of Boston, (at present in
