The regular monthly meeting of the
Trustees was held

There were present the Presi-
dent
, Messrs Andrews, Austin, Cheever,
Crocker, ^Curtis Little, Nazro and Read.

The record of the last meeting
was read and approved.

Office for Corporation

Mr Cheever of the Committee
to inquire when and upon what terms
a suitable office for the Corporation
could be procured, reported that
the Committee had examined several
places – at 30 Court Street, at 31 and 36
Washington Street, and different rooms
in Niles Block, but that they had
not fixed upon any one, although
they gave a preference to Niles Block.

Upon motion by Mr Nazro,
Voted, That a committee of three
be appointed by the chair, with
full power, to make such arrange-
ments for rooms and such division
