Upon motion by Mr Curtis,
Voted that the testimony being only of
a hearsay character, the allegation is not
sustained, and the matter be dismissed.

Superintendent requests to appear by counsel _

A written communication was
laid before the Board by Mr Mann,
declining to be a party to any hearing,
unless he could have the assistance of
his counsel.

Granted _

After some discussion, it was voted,
upon motion of Mr Andrews, that liberty be
granted to Mr Mann to appear with his
counsel at the adjournment of this mee-
ting.

Upon motion by Mr Curtis, Voted
that when this meeting adjourn, it
be to Adjourned
