Trustees – Adjd Meeting. .

Adjourned Meeting of the Trustees of
Mount Auburn Cemetery

There were present the President, Messrs
Andrews, Austin, Cheever, Crocker, Curtis,
Little, Nazro, Rand, Read and Tobey.

The record of the last meeting was read.

Report of Comee on mode of conducting affairs at Cemetery _

The Committee appointed to investigate the
accounts of the Superintendent, who were also
requested to make any recommendations as to the
mode of keeping said accounts, and of conducting
the affairs of the Corporation at the Cemetery in
the future, which in their judgment, the interests
of the Corporation might require, through Mr
Nazro
, the Chairman, reported upon the mode
of conducting the affairs of the Cemetery, reserving
their report upon the Superintendents accounts to
another day, and upon this duly asking farther
time:

Ordered to be printed _

The report was read a second time by
paragraphs, and informal conversation was had
thereon, without a motion to adopt.

Upon motion by Mr Read,

Voted that the report be printed, and a
copy be sent to each of the Trustees.

The meeting was then adjourned.
