Comee chosen to prosecute claim against Mr Mann-

On motion by Mr Curtis,

Voted that a Committee of three be chosen to pros-
ecute this claim against Mr Mann, and upon
nomination by the President

Messrs Curtis, Nazro and Rand were chosen.
