having declined to serve on the Committee,

On motion of Mr Rand, it was

Voted that the last vote be reconsidered.

Upon motion by Mr Cheever

Wm H. Spooner was their chosen Gardener.

The President being called away, requested
Mr Andrews to take the chair.

Report of Comee on Regul. & Record of Interments

Mr Tobey presesented the report of the Com-
mittee on Regulations and record of Interments,
which was "that they had examined the
Superintendent's books of record and believe
them correctly kept. "_

Salaries and Compensation of Officers _

On motion of Mr Nazro,

Voted that the salary and fees of the Sec-
retary be the same as established last year. _

On motion of Mr Crocker,

Voted that the compensation of the Treasurer
be the same as proposed by the report of the Com-
mittee adopted last month. _

On motion of Mr Read,

Voted that the salary of the Superintendent
be the same as last year. _

On motion of Mr Nazro,

Voted that the salary of the Gatekeeper be the same
