Trustees _ .

The monthly meeting of the Trustees was held
on _

There were present Messrs Austin, Bigelow,
Cheever, Curtis, Little, Nazro, Rand and Read. _

The record of the last meeting was read. _

Edw. Austin's application _

Mr Austin stated that, by a recent survey
of his lot, it had been ascertained that the late Sup-
erintendent, Mr Mann, had enclosed within the
granite curb ninety two square feet more than the
800 feet which he held by his deeds _ that as this sur-
plus was not needed by him, and was enclosed without
his knowledge or consent, he ought not to be held
to pay for it.

Upon motion of Mr Cheever,

Voted that the matter be referred to the Com-
mittee on Lots with full power. _

Auditor's fees in suit vs J. Mann

Upon motion by Mr Curtis,

Voted that the fees of Geo. S. Hillard Esq, for
auditing in the case of this Corporation vs J. Mann,
which amount to six hundred dollars, be paid.

Report of Comee on Prosecution _ and

Mr Curtis for the Committee to prosecute the
claim of the Corporation vs J. Mann, reported
that they had obtained an award from the Auditor
against Mann of two thousand and ninety dollars and
eight cents ($2.090.08) as the balance now due from him.
