Adjournment to ^a day to be designated by Trustees _

On motion of Mr E. P. Mackintire,

Voted that when this meeting adjourn,
it be to such day after the Treasurer's return, as
the Trustees shall determine, to hear his report,
and act thereon. ~

Elections of Trustees

The Chairman stated that the next business
in order would be the choice of twelve Trustees,
by ballot, for the ensuing year; and he appointed
Messrs Geo. C. Richardson
Dr. Charles Beck
and John J. Rayner, a Committee
to receive, sort and count votes for the Trustees.

While the Committee were out, the President explained
portions of the report, and replied to several questions.

The Committee returned and reported: -


Whole number of votes 452 _} William T. Andrews had 452
necessary to a choice 227.} Edward Austin " [had] 452
___ Jacob Bigelow " [had] 452
___ James Cheever " [had] 452
___ Uriel Crocker " [had] 452
