Voted that the Superintendent and
Gatekeeper be paid the same salary, respec-
tively as was allowed for the last year.

Suit vs. J. Mann _

Upon motion by Mr Rand,

Voted that the subject of the suit against Mr
Mann
be referred to a committee of three,
to report thereon at a future meeting; and
upon nomination by the Chairman,
