Trustees _

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was
held on

There were present, Messrs Bigelow, Cheever, Crocker,
Little, Livermore, Nazro, Norcross, and Read. _

The record of the last meeting was read.

Supt.s suggestion for increase of Fees for Intermt referred to Com. on Intermts

The President read a note from Capt. Winsor,
the Superintendent, suggesting that, as the price of
labor and materials had considerably advanced,
the fees for interment should be increased. _

Voted that the subject be referred to the Com-
mittee on Interments with full power. ~

Resignation of C. P. Curtis _ as Trustee _ placed on file _

A communication received from Charles P. Curtis Esq.
resigning his seat at the board, which he has held
for more than thirty years, was read. _

Mr Read moved that this communication be
placed on file. _

Mr Crocker moved to amend Mr Read's motion
by substituting the word "record" instead of "file;"
but the amendment was not adopted.

The original motion was adopted. _

The meeting was adjourned _
