Report of Com^ee on catalogue _

"The Committee to which was referred
the revision of the By laws and the printing of
the same in connection with a new edition of
the Catalogue (Feby. 20, 1865) beg leave to Report:

That the preparation of a new catalogue
has progressed nearly to completion, and they
also learn that the new lithographic map
ordered by this Board is nearly finished.

As it is very desirable that the two works
should appear and be distributed simultan-
eously, your Committee recommend that
the Trustees appropriate a sum not exceeding
($2350) twenty three hundred and fifty dollars
for the following purposes: _

For composition printing and binding

4000	copies of Catalogue	$1100.00
500	"[copies] " [of] Extra	100. _
___	Extra Expense in preparation	100.
___	Expense of distribution postage &c	150.
___	Printing 4500 copies of lithographic map, including paper, @ 20¢	900.-
___	Total ~ twenty three hundred & fifty dollars _	$2350

And that the Committee be authorized to change
any of the details, as may be needed, not to Exceed
the aggregate.

They therefore recommend the
adoption of the following vote
