This certifies that we have examined the books and
accounts of the Treasurer of the Proprietors of the Cemetery
of Mount Auburn, for the year eighteen hundred and
sixty seven, and have found them correctly kept and prop-
erly balanced, with satisfactory vouchers for all payments
charged.
The certificates of stocks and other evidences
of property were found in accordance with the statements
in his accounts.
In the fund for Repairs appears to be a balance of $906.90 and
in the General Account a balance of $1,394.16 which appears
