Trustees - meeting for Organization _

The first meeting of the Trustees for
organization and business was held at the
office of the Corporation (33 School Street) on

There were present, Messrs Adams, Austin,
Bigelow, Bowditch, Cheever, Livermore,
Lovejoy, Norcross, Rand, Read and Sleeper.

The record of the Annual meeting was
read. _

Voted that the reading of the record of the last
meeting of Trustees be dispensed with, it con-
taining nothing requiring attention.

Ballot for Officers _

The Chair appointed Mr Livermore a
Committee to receive and count the votes
for officers by ballot:

The Board then proceeded to the choice of
officers: _ and the following were unanimously chosen. _

Dr Jacob Bigelow, President
Austin J. Coolidge, Secretary
George William Bond, Treasurer
