Trustees _ _

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held on _

There were present the President & Messrs
Adams, Austin, Bowditch, Cheever, Little, Nor-
cross
, Rand, Read and Sleeper. ~

The record of the last meeting was read.

Grant to Sec.y of $200.

Mr Little for the Finance Committee submitted
a report signed by the Committee recommending that
a grant be made the Secretary of two hundred dollars
for the current year, in addition to salary and fees. ~

On motion by Mr Read,

Voted that the report be accepted and the
grant of two hundred dollars be made in accordance with
the report.

Revision of By-laws considered _

The report of the Committee on the Revision of the
By-laws was taken up, and read article by article,
and sundry amendments were made; and the articles
were severally adopted as far as to the fifteenth inclusive;
when the Board adjourned to
