Trustees _ .

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn was held
on _

There were present the President and
Messrs Adams, Austin, Bowditch, Cheever,
Norcross, Rand and Read. _ 8

Clerk pro tem.

The Secretary being absent, Bradford
Kingman
was chosen clerk pro tem.

The record of the last meeting was read.

Appropriation for printing & distrib. Catalogue & plan _

The motion submitted at the last meeting,
authorizing the Committee on the Catalogue to
expend a sum not exceeding twenty three hun-
dred ^& fifty dollars for the printing and distribution
of forty five hundred copies each of the cata-
logue and plan came up first in order. _
and the motion for such appropriation was
adopted.

Treasr authorized to settle with late Gatekeeper.

Voted that the Treasurer have full
power to settle with Mr Derby the
late Gatekeeper, agreeably to the
By laws.
