Adj^d Meeting of Trustees.

An adjourned meeting of the Trustees was held
on

There were present the President and Messrs
Adams, Austin, Bowditch, Cheever, Little
Lovejoy, Rand, Read and Sleeper

The reading of the records was dispensed with.

Trustees Annual Report

The President read the Annual Report of the
Trustees, which was accepted and ordered to be printed
for the Annual Meeting of the Proprietors.

Increase of Compensation of Treasurer for 1865 recommended

The Committee on Finance submitted a Report
of which the following is a copy: _

"The Finance Committee have considered the sub-
ject of Mr Bond's application for aditional com-
pensation as Treasurer for the last year, and in con-
sequence of the large increase of business of the Corporation
they recommend that he be authorized to charge
two and one half per cent on the sale of
land for this year; _ provided, that his whole
compensation, including the "Repair Fund" shall not
exceed twelve hundred dollars for the year.
