Trustees - .

The regular monthly meeting of the Trus-
tees was held on

There were present the President, and
Messrs Adams, Austin, Cheever, Little, Liver-
more
, Lovejoy and Rand. _ 8

The record of the last meeting was read.

Declaration respecting ownership of two or more ten-ants in common of one lot not to be recorded.

The Secretary presented the request of H. N. & M. J.
Doyle
that an instrument purporting to be a
declaration in trust in respect to lot No. 940,
might be recorded on the books of this Corporation.

Voted that the Secretary be instructed to
inform the Messrs Doyle that the said instrument
cannot be recorded with the records of this
Corporation.

Iron Fence to be painted.

Voted that the Committee on Grounds be authorized
to cause the Iron Fence enclosing the Cemetery
to be painted, at an expense not exceeding nine
hundred dollars. _

Report of Committee on Salaries _

Mr Rand for the Special Committee appointed
at the last meeting to consider what salaries
shall be paid the several officers, submitted their
report: and upon motion by him, it was
