Treasurer's Report accepted _

On motion of Uriel Crocker Esq it was
Voted that the report of the Treasurer be
accepted.

Superintendent's do [Report accepted] _

On motion of Simeon Butterfield Esq. it was
Voted that the report of the Superintendent be
accepted. _

Committee to receive and count votes for Trustees.

The President declared the next business in
order to be the choice of twelve trustees, and ap-
pointed

committee to receive, assort and count the
votes for trustees.

Trustees chosen

The Committee subsequently reported the
whole number of votes cast to be seventy (70)
