Com^ee on Catalogue authorized to print matter in separate form for in-formation of purchasers _

On motion of Mr Read,
Voted that the Committee on the Catalogue
be authorized, if they think it expedient, to
print, in addition to the edition of the catalogue
already ordered, such number of copies of
a portion thereof in separate form, together with
other matter necessary for the information of people
wishing to purchase lots, as they think will
be advantageous to the Corporation.

Treasurer in case of absence authorized _ with consent of Finance Com^ee to appoint a substitute _

The Treasurer intimated the possibility of his
absence from Boston, for a considerable time, and
asked if the Board would empower some one
to perform his duties.

Whereupon it was
Voted that the Treasurer, with the consent of
the Committee on Finance, be authorized to
appoint a substitute as Treasurer during
his absence.

Representⁿ of Lots

Upon the petition of the parties in interest,
representatives were designated for the several
lots in connection with which they are named
as follows: _
