Trustees _ .

The regular meeting of the Trustees
was held on _

There were present the President, and
Messrs Adams, Cheever, Livermore, Love-
joy
, Norcross and Read. _

The record was read. _

Furnace for heating Chapel completed _

The President for the Committee on
Grounds reported that a furnace had
been constructed outside and northerly from
the Chapel for the purpose of heating that
building for funerals. _

Fee of $10 to be charged for use of Chapel _ when heated _

Upon motion of Mr Norcross,

Voted to accept the report _ and that the
vote recommended by the Committee _ to wit _
"That a charge of ten dollars be made
to all parties on whose account the Chapel
may be ordered to be heated."
be adopted. _

Sec.y to give notice that Chapel will be warmed for funerals _

On motion by Mr Livermore,

Voted that the Secretary be authorized
to give notice in the papers that means have
been provided for warming the Chapel
for funerals _ that a charge will be made
