Perpetual Repair of Lots 358 & 359 _

The Secretary reported that the Committee
on Lots had contracted with Wm W. Stone proprietor
of lot no. 358 and Mrs Elizabeth Stone, widow of
Henry B. Stone, late proprietor of lot no. 359, (said
lots being contiguous with tombs thereon,) for the per-
petual care of the same, on payment of three
hundred and fifty dollars for each lot. _

Voted that said contract be ratified _

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was
held on Tuesday, , at 10 o'clock a.m.

There were present the President and Messrs
Adams, Bowditch, Cheever, Little and Livermore.

The record of the last meeting was read. _

Comee suit of Granite Railway Company instructed to settle _

A letter from Henry W. Paine Esqr addressed to
"Dr Jacob Bigelow" upon the subject of the suit of
the Granite Railway Company against this Corpor-
ation was read _

Upon which it was

Voted that the Comee on the suit of the
Granite Railway Company against this corporation
