Trustees _

Secretary to furnish Supt with book containing record of matters falling within duties of Supt & to continue such records from time to time _

Voted _ That the Secretary shall furnish
the Superintendent with a proper book in which shall be
recorded a copy of the duties of the Superintendent,
and a copy of such portions of the agreements
with the Horticultural Society or any other parties
as have been or may hereafter be made, which
relate to work to be performed in his department,
or are otherwise dependent upon him for execution;
as also copies of any and all votes passed
by this Board in reference to his department.
And it shall be the duty of the Secretary from
time to time to cause all such agreements and vote,
to be copied into said book." _
