Recommendn of Supt. to erect Shed referred to Com. on Grounds.

A communication from the Superintendent,
recommending the erection of a shed 50 feet long by 25
feet deep on the east line of Coolidge Avenue, opposite the
team gate of the Cemetery, for storing carts, tools & materials,
was read: and it was

Voted. That the same be referred to the Committee on
Grounds, with full power.

Bill of drafting Indenture with Mass. Hort. Soc.y _

A bill of $25.00 for drafting Indenture with the
Massachusetts Horticultural Society, by Messrs E S Rand
and E S Rand Jr. was presented, and it was

Voted. That the Treasurer be directed to pay the same.

Repair of Chapel Floor referred to Com. on Grounds _

The President suggested that the floor of the
Chapel needed repairs: and it was

Voted. That the matter be referred to the Committee on
Grounds, with full power.
The meeting was then, Adjourned.
