A quorum being in attendance, the President, Dr Jacob Bigelow, took the chair. _ The Secretary red the call for the meeting, and the records of the last annual meeting. Trustees' Annual Report _ The Annual Report of the Trustees was also read by the Secretary. ~ Motion to accept Report of Trustees tabled _ Mr Alfred Turner moved to accept the Report of the Trustees. _ Mr John R.
