shall have the right, and it shall be their duty to enter
upon said land, and remove the said offensive or im-
-proper object or objects.

Fourth. The said lot of land shall be holden subject
to the provisions contained in an Act of the General Court
dated , and entitled "An Act to incorporate
the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn," and
the several Acts in addition thereto and to all By-Laws,
rules and regulations made and to be made by said
corporation, in pursuance of authority granted to it by
any Act or Acts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

The convenants and conclusion are identical
with those in the "Form for conveyance of lots"
