Monthly statement of sales of Lots accepted, &c.
A statement of the sales of land effected
by the Superintendent from to , having been submitted and read by the
Secretary, it was
Voted, – that said statement be accepted and placed
on file.
Comp. statement of sales of Lots exhibited by Sec'y. accepted, &c.
The Secretary also submitted a statement
showing the sales for the first nine mnths of the
present year as compared with the corresponding
period of 1873, in compliance with the vote adopted
at the last meeting of the Board; and it was
Voted, – that said statement be accepted and
placed on file.
Cont. for perp. rep. with G. of Lot #493
The Secretary having stated that the Committee
on Lots had recommended the Trustees to guaranty the
perpetual repair of Lot No 493, Hemlock Path, late
of John L. Russell deceased, for the sum of five
hundred dollars ($500, –) it was
Voted, – that the above contract be concurred in
on the part of this Board.
Upon the petitions of the parties in interest
representatives were designated for lots as follows, viz; –
