Present, the President, and Messrs. Turner, ^(N.J.) Bradlee,
Livermore and Brewer. 5 - No quorum

The record of the last Meeting having been read

Hemmenway Impt Amendment of Record @ p. 19. [See endorsement on this Report on File marked "Miscellaneous."]
it was

Voted, – that the same be approved; with the exception
of so much thereof as has reference to the Report and Vote
in relation to the use of stone curbs upon the "Hemmenway
Improvement,"
no such Report having been made to that
Meeting, and no such vote adopted. [See File of Reports.]

Finance Comtee Report & Vote on Treasr's Quarterly Ac/cs.

A Report was received from Mr. Turner in behalf of
the Finance Committee to whom was referred at the last
Meeting the Statemnt and Trial Balances of the Treasurer for
the quarter ending , approving the same as correct

Voted, – that the Report of the Finance Committee be accepted,
and the said accounts placed on file.

Additional Greenhouse

A Communication was received from the Superin-
tendent
recommending the construction of an additional
greenhouse, accompanied by an illustrative sketch;
