Voted – that this meeting be dissolved.

A monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on
Wednesday, 3, at Four P.M.

Present, Messrs. J. T. Bradlee, Choate, Lawrence,
Little, Perkins, Pickering, Snow and Turner. Also,
present after the adjournment, Mr N. J. Bradlee.

The record of the last meeting was read and approved.

Accounts &c. at the Cemetery: mode of Keeping – Report of Com.

A verbal Report was received from the chairman
of the Committee on Finance that in pursuance of the
vote of the Board adopted , the Committee
in company with the President, had visited the Cemetery
for the purpose of ascertaining "what changes, if any,
are desirable in the method and system of books and
accounts at the Cemetery, and also what clerical force
is necessary in said department." That they believed the
system in use, though good, to be susceptible of improvement,
especially in the matter of its application, and that
they had made suggestions for the future conduct of
